Tides accelerates the pace of social change, working with innovative partners to solve society’s toughest problems.  Tides manages two collaborative workspaces for non-profits, the first of which began operating in 1996.  Tides Converge San Francisco was one of the first multi-tenant nonprofit centers in the nation and now houses 450 people across 75 organizations while Tides Converge NYC is home to ten organizations and was the first ever dedicated non-profit workspace in Lower Manhattan.

Located in the historic Presidio of San Francisco, our historic twelve-building campus is home to 75 nonprofits and social enterprises and includes an onsite organic café for easy catering. There is also a large lawn with benches and picnic blankets as well as comfy lounge if anyone needs to check emails in between sessions. All of the rooms are equipped with wifi, large LCD display screens, Zoom connectivity, and a multitude of adapters/chargers. Additionally, all of the furniture is on wheels, making the rooms highly configurable, even in the middle of meetings. Room rentals include access to a shared kitchen with refrigerator access.
